Monthly Meeting - “Does the Stork Bring Them, Too?” with Darrin Norton

Our monthly meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. Coffee and plant sales start at 7 p.m. Please have your plants on the show table by 7 p.m.

Darrin Norton, owner of Mountain Orchids, will speak on where orchids come from. He will cover all areas of artificial propagation - division, seed, cloning, etc. Darrin will show and explain why and how its all done and includes some of his past and current breeding of Masdevallia and Dendrobium as illustrations of the how and why.

In addition, he will lead us through a hands-on de-flasking demo and interested members can take home a seedling.
