Approximately 10% of the world's orchids occur on the island with many under grave threat from crops, logging and other habitat destruction.Tonight’s slides will display about thirty different species in their native habitats with a generous selection from the aesthetically pleasing phaelenopsis; you will also see a brief selection of birds, insects animals and habitat.
